I would NOT RECOMMEND hiring Maria Caruso for ANY legal representation. I have dealt with many attorneys in Harford and Baltimore County MD and Maria Caruso on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best was at barely a 2 . She used up retainer money rapidly with minimal results. Very ineffective. I at...tempted several times to get a refund, I ended up having to hire another attorney.
