Late to post a review since the wounds were too fresh, but I think now time to share. Joshua was a fantastic attorney, but more importantly a true friend, in our sincere time of need. My wife and I were traveling to Europe last summer. Unfortunately, our way back from the airport our car was hit by a... truck carrying Tostitos Scoops. How could that possibly be profitable for Frito Lay? Sorry, I digress. However, Joshua came straight the hospital after we called, was always available to answer our questions, and most importantly, he was 100% on top of all my wife’s medical needs. Not only was he able to provide us with a list of specialists in the appropriate areas, but was also happy to help walk us through other unrelated legal matters.

I went to Mr. Sussex with a personal injury case. He was extremely thorough and explained every step of the process to me before we moved forward. He kept me up to date on all the developments. Lawyers sometimes get a bad reputation but Mr. Sussex definitely proves that wrong. He's honest, knowledgea...ble, and completely professional. If you're on the fence, don't be! He's the best!

I was involved in a car accident, I was never involved in anything like this. I didn’t know what to do at first but my friend told me about josh and told me that he could help me and does this work all the time. So I called him and he asked me how I was feeling and if I was okay, and then asked me wh...at happened and I explained the whole situation and sent photos of my car damage, and advise me to stay in contact with him. Few days later he set up a appointment with a physical therapist and I start going and getting treatments. He guided me through step by step what to do, and kept in contact with me through the whole process and be patient with me. We’ve stayed in contact through emails and phone calls and whenever he needed a information, I provided and if he needed more he’ll call me right back or email me some paper work to fill out. If I had any questions about the case he was willing to explain and told me if anything else changes he’ll call me, which he did every time so I wouldn’t worry about the case. He always had a open communications with me through whole process, which I am extremely grateful for. I couldn’t be happier with my outcome and I am glad and relieved that everything was done quickly and resolved in timely manner. Josh was extremely caring and did what was best for me. Thanks again josh and I WOULD Be honored to definitely recommend you to anyone I know who’s involved in car accident in near future!!
