Deborah Ann Holloway Hill

During her career, Deborah Hill has represented clients in a multitude of roles in a bankruptcy and insolvency capacity such as debtors and asset purchasers in the U. S. Bankruptcy Court.  Although her practice primarily consisted of creditor representation in Default Litigation, she has experience representing other parties in Mediations, Landlord/Tenant, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support,  Protective Orders, DSS/CDS Investigations, Traffic,  DUI/DWI, Asylum, Deportation Proceedings for Minors,  Custody, Guardianships, and Adoptions. In addition, Deborah Hill has represented numerous clients at the Office of Administrative Hearings and in front of Agency Boards.

Deborah Hill began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable James F. Schneider, (now retired) for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. Following her clerkship, she joined a multistate default law firm in Baltimore, Maryland, where she practiced bankruptcy, property law and non-bankruptcy collections, while managing a team of 15 attorneys, 25 paralegals and support staff.

Deborah Hill then moved to New Jersey where she accepted a position with PHH Mortgage, managing its Loss Mitigation Department, concentrating on Mortgage Default Liquidation.  Upon return to Maryland, Deborah concentrated her legal acumen in the areas of Family, Criminal and  Administrative Law.  Thereafter, Deborah opened  the Law Office of Deborah A. Holloway Hill & Associates, LLC in Towson Maryland.

Ms. Hill earned a B.A. with honors from University of Baltimore, a Master Degree from Johns Hopkins University and  a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association.  

 Deborah Hill  is admitted to practice in Maryland, as well as the federal district courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
