Avoid if you want a good attorney

Reviews need a no star option, Mr McKeon provided the worst representation in my divorce. I went to this firm based on Bonnie Butler. Thinking I would get the same service from all associates was my mistake. Mr McKeon provided minimal support in preparation and the interrogatories. He sent my interro...gatory responses to the defendant the day before the hearing. I sent them to him over a month earlier. That move added to an already cantankerous situation. There was a mediation type session before the hearing. I continually referenced the prenuptial agreement. Was pushed by the hearing Magistrate and Mr McKeon to settle to avoid going to trial. I continually stated the recommendations were not fair and referenced the prenuptial agreement. Mr McKeon provided zero support during this process. Then towards the end of the hearing Mr McKeon requested we waive any exceptions to the recommendations. At the time I did not know what that meant. Found out later he basically removed the option to question the recommendations later. Also found out Mr McKeon had information from the defendants attorney that supported my claims but he withheld that information from the hearing. Attempted motions were denied and appeals would be so costly and limited chance to win. If you want an attorney that will actual work for your case AVOID Thomas McKeon. Obtained the court transcript and several attorneys stated I should file a grievance because of the terrible representation provided by this firm.

Outstanding Attorney and Law Firm

Tom and his firm represented me in a child support and custody battle. He is extremely knowledgeable and witty. If it weren't for his strategy then I could have been forced to pay an extremely ridiculous amount of money just because the laws are skewed for the sake of money. I love the firm and appr...eciate Tom for a job well done. He will represent me again once we return to court for our next round.
