The Law Office of Stephen L. Thomas Jr. in Baltimore, Maryland does not turn away or look down on anyone in need of representation. I make it a point to treat each client with utmost compassion, respect, and empathy.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, I want to give back to the city and all its communities through the services I provide at The Law Office of Stephen L. Thomas Jr. I was educated in the city and I attended the Morgan State University. There, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree, I attended the University of Maryland’s Francis King Carey School of Law. It was there that I earned my Juris Doctor.
While in law school, I participated in the Black Law Students’ Association National Trial Team for whom I competed for two years. I was a skilled competitor, having won The University of Maryland School of Law Litigation and Advocacy Award and The William P. Cunningham Award.
