After providing significant amounts of personal data, documentation, and emails back and forth, she discontinued c...ommunication until probed for results, then opted out of assistance because she wasn't taking on new clients. To me, this seemed consistent with an office that is structured to bill for work that is outsourced to an unknown third-party vendor who uses chat gpt. She has been reported to my legal insurance vendor.
