Phuc Hong Le

Hong was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in the Spring of 2002. After college, he became a background investigator for a government contractor. However, the appeal of a challenging career in law spurred Hong to move to Baltimore to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated with honors in the Spring of 2008. While attending law school, Hong clerked for the Honorable H. Patrick Stringer, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. And upon graduating law school, Hong clerked at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City for the Honorable M. Brooke Murdock. His time in Baltimore City was occupied in the Family Division of the Circuit Court. Serving as a judicial law clerk provided Hong with insight into the mechanics of the judicial system and the judges, administrators, and personnel that makeup that arm of the government. It has also provided him with a unique, insider's perspective that many other attorneys do not possess. After his clerkship ended in Baltimore City, Hong became an associate attorney at a prominent law firm in Howard County. There, he primarily focused on Property Law matters and provided legal representation to homeowners associations and condominiums. He successfully litigated cases in both district and circuit courts throughout the State and achieved thousands of dollars in monetary judgments as well as injunctive relief for his clients. Additionally, Hong provided his clients with transactional services including, but not limited to: opinion and governing document drafting; contract drafting and review; and, the drafting and review of waivers, releases, and other general legal documents. After working as an associate attorney for a number of years, Hong decided that the best way to achieve his professional goals and serve his clients was to become a solo practioner. He opened the Law Office of P. Hong Le, LLC in January, 2015 not only to grow as an attorney, but also as an individual. Hong and his family reside in Baltimore, in the eclectic neighborhood of Hampden. He enjoys sports, the arts, and music. He loves spending time with his family and traveling.
