Peter Jon Korzenewski

Peter has extensive legal experience, spanning almost a quarter of a century, with a particular emphasis on civil and criminal litigation.  He is a member of the Maryland Bar and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. A trial lawyer at heart, Peter has litigated cases in every level of the Maryland court system, from the District Court and Office of Administrative Hearings to the Supreme Court of Maryland. After 21 years in private practice, he transitioned to the Food and Drug Administration where he served as regulatory counsel in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, focusing on complex policies and regulatory issues related to generic drug products and the Hatch-Waxman Act. Due to the upheaval of the federal workforce, Peter recently returned to private practice by joining Silverman Thompson as of counsel.  He continues to focus on commercial litigation, personal injury and criminal defense.
