Pamela Joy Diedrich

Ms. Diedrich is an attorney at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, where she concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation, representing plaintiffs in a select number of catastrophic injury matters including medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. 

 

Ms. Diedrich has successfully represented individuals in Baltimore and across the country who were killed or injured through the actions of defendants, including cases involving doctors and other healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, sexual assaults, property owners, building owners, apartment managers, pharmaceutical companies, and product manufacturers and distributors. She has also represented clients at the appellate level and before both licensing boards and administrative tribunals. 

 

She has resolved numerous medical malpractice cases for sums totaling millions of dollars. Additionally, she has recovered millions of dollars for her clients by resolving other types of cases including matters of wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, and other personal injury cases. 

 

Ms. Diedrich began her legal career as a defense lawyer, and has used the knowledge gleaned from that perspective to effectively represent plaintiffs in a variety of cases.
