Kandel & Associates P.A. is a Baltimore-based family run law practice serving Maryland since 1957. We take on cases both big and small and always fight to protect your rights. Waiting over 6 months
I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a settlement offer, poor communication! I literally know nothing of my case from 2021. It’s super frustrating, I’m waiting all this time! They giving me the run around about everything, nothing direct at all. His paralegals are ghetto and some more stuff

Replied last April 07, 2022We strive to provide excellent service to each of our clients and expeditiously and diligently work on each and every client’s claim. Our six lawyers always are available by email or phone (& we have set up our system so that Peter will respond to any left voicemail on a same-day basis, unless he is on vacation.) Some claims simply take longer because of numerous factors, but as we always say, the very nature of the contingent fee arrangement often used in a negligence claim is such that we don’t get paid until you do.
