Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. Having practiced law with Mike for almost a decade and more recently being opposing counsel in matters, I can safely say that Mike is one of the premier construction and surety lawyers in the Baltimore/Washington area. Mike has extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of law that regularly impact the construction and surety industries. Although Mike is an excellent trial lawyer, his practical and creative approach to matters regularly results in the successful resolution of transactions and disputes to the direct benefit of his clients."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Mike is an excellent attorney, and I would confidently refer him cases involving construction law or surety law if I'm ever presented with a conflict. I have worked both with and against Mike in several cases, and Mike, without fail, takes a reasonable approach to litigating, arbitrating and mediating construction disputes. He can be either aggressive or low key, and he knows which approach to take in a particular case depending on the circumstances."
