Absolute best
So I got charged with felony theft by a previous employer. I searched for council and being a first offender I was inexperienced In this process. So I came across an attorney (not Malcolm Ruff) and he was the absolute worst I was given jail time and a misdemeanor with a first offense. So I appealed t...
"Malcolm Ruff has not only been a respected colleague and co-worker, but a close friend ever since law school. Malcolm is compassionate, caring, aggressive and knowledgeable. After clerking together in the State's Attorney's Office, we both served together as Assistant State's Attorney's, prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies in Baltimore County. Malcolm is a phenomenal lawyer who truly cares about his clients and will fight to make sure they get the best possible results."
"In the time that I have gotten to know Mr. Ruff in and out of the courtroom, a few descriptions immediately come to mind. Dedicated to his clients. A sharpened legal mind. An affable and endearing personality that towers above his contemporaries. Mr. Ruff has quickly risen to the top of his profession, recently receiving a not guilty verdict on a criminal matter that included attempted murder charges. It is very obvious that Mr. Ruff wakes up every single day with enthusiasm and commitment to his clients. I have witnessed him taking phone calls at all hours, preparing motions in the midnight hour, and surmising his next strategy, for the next client. I would entrust Mr. Ruff with any criminal matter, no matter how minor or severe. With freedom on the line, he is a proven winner."
"Malcolm and I worked as opposing counsel in a case together in 2017. He was the most enjoyable attorney to work against that I've come across in my experience as an attorney. He's a genuinely kind and funny individual. In the courtroom though, he's one of the most fierce advocates that I've ever had to go against. Any client looking for representation is in fantastic hands with Malcolm."
"I endorse Malcolm 100% As both a friend and a colleague, I can say without reservation that Malcolm is the real deal. Charged with a crime? Better call Malcolm."
"It is my pleasure to know Mr. Ruff. Not only is he a zealous advocate for his clients, he takes the time to explain the often confusing and complicated aspects of litigation. Mr. Ruff will do everything in his power to achieve to achieve the result that his clients desire."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Ruff is a highly competent and dedicated attorney who cares deeply about his clients. He knows the law and is committed to zealously representing his clients. I endorse him without reservation."
