Biography
Kimberly Hankins Neal is an associate in the Litigation Department. Ms. Neal's business litigation practice involves general commercial litigation, the defense of employment-related claims, construction law, and insurance defense within Maryland and the District of Columbia.
She enjoys presenting industry-specific seminars on business law matters, particularly within the event planning and catering industries. Ms. Neal was appointed to the Civil Pattern Jury Instructions Committee of Maryland State Bar Association, and also serves the MSBA as Treasurer of the Section of Young Lawyers.
She is a former Member at Large of the Board of Directors for the Maryland Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Ms. Neal has recently been nominated to the Living Classrooms Foundation’s 2013 Rising Stars, a program aimed at engaging young professionals in philanthropy and raising awareness about the important work of Living Classrooms.
