Mr. Timmons and his staff have been very responsive to my needs as a client that was involved in a hit and run accident. They handled the case with grace and expedience, allowing me to continue with my busy routine of living life. I was please with my settlement and I would highly recommend this firm....

This is the worse pace to ever do business the staff particularly the lady tinesha is rude and curses at clients, they treat you like animals once you sign the contract and they take all your money. Seem like shady business here! The attorney Timmons thinks he's too good to speak to his own clients ...and they keep giving people the run around. The staff sucks now I see why there's a new person at the front desk all the time because I couldn't deal with those rude undermining people like tinesha and Timmons he's a shame of a lawyer and needs to be shut down with his unprofessional staff and ratchet dress and attitude makes me disgusted! Do yourself a favor don't do business here EVER I learned the hard way! Now I see why they have codes on everything they do you wrong then hide from you it's like they make sure you can't contact them but they want you money and take way too much something isn't right! NEVER AGAIN!

I used this law office for an auto accident case that I had last fall. I didn't talk to them a lot but the staff was helpful when I called in for cases status and they had me settled in about 3 months. I only used the firm because my cousin recommended it, but prior experience had lead me to believ...e that auto insurance claims took a minimum of 2 years. I was very pleased with Mr Timmons case processing time.

This firm is horrible i don't even know if TIMMONS exsist. I've called almost every week to speach to Timmons about my case an was told he's busy on the phone,with a client or in a meeting and he will give me a call back or is it anything she can help me with (Tanesha) that is because she's the only ...one that knows my case best and Timmons will say the same thing to me. Ok so how professional is that to tell a client that thinks they being represented by a lawyer not an assistant. So now im mad and ready to fire Timmons cause there's no contact over the phone or in person but the funny part about the firm is that once you hire them they dont have to work for you and still get 33 and 1/3 % of your settlement and they make sure you don't get anything until they get paid by putting a lien on your settlement.
