Keith Eric Timmons

Keith has been my accountant and attorney for more years than I care to remember. It feels good to have an advisor that knows you and in whom you have the utmost confidence. So often the financial issues that people deal with have legal implications, so its comforting to know that Keith has expertise... in both areas. I have always found him to be a strategic thinker. Over the years, I have learned a great deal from him. Although I live in Washington, DC now, it is worth it to me to maintain the relationship. He recently settled a case for me and several members of my family. We definitely felt we were well represented! For anyone looking for a true legal and accounting partner, I highly recommend Keith Timmons. You may not always agree with his advice but you can bet that his position is grounded in the data.

Keith is a responsive, reliable, and a reasonable lawyer. He is very knowledgeable in tax matters and business concerns and I would recommend him to everyone. After years of having our taxes done by another CPA, we switched to having them done by Keith as he is a tax lawyer and CPA. He was able t...o save us tens of thousand of dollars by figuring out the best way to treat our business revenue and expenses. He has created LLCs for me and knows that process very well. As a lawyer for my son and a relative, he handled their accidents very professionally and was able to get their medical bills paid and both compensated fairly for their injuries. Our relative missed time at work due to the accident and Keith was able to get her compensated for that as well as the medical payments for her daughter who was also in the accident. We were very satisfied with everything his law office provided for us.

Reading some of the unsatisfactory reviews, I assume these individuals may not understand the pace of this type of work. Upon my husband and I visit, we were educated about the norms and the process of accident cases...overall their were no stones un-turned (i.e. contract language, client/attorney re...sponsibilities, etc). My husband and I like transparency, and honesty..thats what Mr Timmons and his staff gave us. The response time of settlement was very impressive and the experience was one in which we have referred others.

I used this law office for an auto accident case that I had last fall. I didn't talk to them a lot but the staff was helpful when I called in for cases status and they had me settled in about 3 months. I only used the firm because my cousin recommended it, but prior experience had lead me to believ...e that auto insurance claims took a minimum of 2 years. I was very pleased with Mr Timmons case processing time.
