With nearly 17 years as a licensed attorney, Heather works alongside founders, executives, and boards navigating growth, transactions, and organizational change — functioning as an embedded legal partner rather than outside counsel at arm's length. Her transactional experience spans 100+ M&A deals, including cross-border acquisitions and divestitures at companies of all stages. She previously served as founding General Counsel of a multinational operating group, building legal, privacy, and compliance functions from the ground up through more than $1 billion in acquisitions.
