Horrible attorney. Did not begin working on my case until the day of, completely disregarded proper case law and was blatantly unprepared. This guy literally brought his laptop out in the hallway right before court and started working on my case. After my initial disposition he disappeared, did not f...ile proper paperwork, would not return phone calls or text. I even went to his office multiple times and left notes/messages but none were returned. 4 years later he randomly sent some lady to represent me for the rest of the case for which I already retained a new lawyer because of his incompetence. I was so disappointed that even after 5 years I’ve gone out of my way to make this review. I have not seen Mr. Hayat in 5 years and am hoping that I never see him again.
