I represent general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and owners in all areas of construction law. I handle risk management beginning in the early phases of the design stage, review and advise on contracts, and address any issues that arise through and beyond final completion. I handle all matter of construction disputes, including those pertaining to delay, workmanship and performance, mechanics' liens, insurance coverage, and property damage/injury.

As a trial lawyer, I represent businesses and individuals in a diverse range of commercial and business disputes. I routinely handle complex litigation matters including, without limitation, all manner of commercial business disputes, corporate and partnership breakups, breaches of fiduciary duty and fraud in corporate governance, commercial real estate and landlord/tenant disputes, the provision of financial services, and a wide variety of business torts and general breaches of contract.
