I have known Wayne for 3+ decades, and my firm has worked with him since its inception in 1999. I used Wayne as my counsel for a multi-million dollar investment in December, 2015. Counsel for the other parties were NYC based.......which can always be challenging! Wayne handled all legal matters wi...th aplomb, professionalism, and also came in with a very reasonable final bill. Wayne and his team have done excellent work for my investment fund for over 10 years. He handles many of the matters himself and is always pleasant to opposing counsel, while still getting his points across. He takes the time to understand the transaction and to think through any potential issues t...hat could possibly arise.
