I have known Wayne for 3+ decades, and my firm has worked with him since its inception in 1999. I used Wayne as my counsel for a multi-million dollar investment in December, 2015. Counsel for the other parties were NYC based.......which can always be challenging! Wayne handled all legal matters wi...th aplomb, professionalism, and also came in with a very reasonable final bill. He provided top drawer service, and also smoothed over more than a few bumps in the road with his NYC legal counterparts. I recommend Wayne unqualifiedly.

Wayne and his team have done excellent work for my investment fund for over 10 years. He handles many of the matters himself and is always pleasant to opposing counsel, while still getting his points across. He takes the time to understand the transaction and to think through any potential issues t...hat could possibly arise. He is also willing to allow changes to his wording in documents so long as the interests of his client are protected. Very experienced with banking and all other forms of financing so he is able to properly document the respective rights of the parties and his client.
