I would advise caution in considering Mrs. Garçon as a criminal attorney. My experience with her has been highly unsatisfactory. She frequently fails to return phone calls, does not adhere to commitments, and appears to struggle with managing her workload. Additionally, her communication has been mis...leading on several occasions. Her performance raises serious concerns about her competence and reliability. I believe her actions warrant review by the relevant professional board.

She is assigned to my juvenile son's case. He's been incarcerated now for 4 weeks and I have not heard from her in 3 of those weeks until I was left with a voicemail from her starting she called. I've been calling her over the duration of the 4 weeks and she still will not give me any calls to discus...s his case or answer any questions myself or my son has. PLEASE FIND NEW COUNSEL IF YOU'RE ASSIGNED TO HER. I've even reached out to the chief attorney with still no progress.
