Rima Kikani

Rima Kikani is a 2014 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and a 2011 graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Prior to law school, she worked as an IRTA Fellow with the National Institutes of Health researching the genetic pathways of retinal degeneration. 

While in law school, Ms. Kikani competed for two years on the William McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition Team and placed 2nd Runner Up on brief nationally. She also served as the President of the Moot Court Board and as a teaching assistant for two trial advocacy courses. She worked for the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City, as well. 

After graduating from law school, Ms. Kikani completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Shannon E. Avery at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Prior to joining RSRM, she worked for a plaintiffs’ litigation firm on medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, and civil rights matters. 

Ms. Kikani is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
