I am a business lawyer with a broad range of clients, including privately owned and managed companies.  I have also developed a niche practice counseling dental practices in numerous transactional/transitional matters.  

My clients rely upon me for my legal counsel and guidance on the optimal way to structure their business arrangements.  Although I have lived in the Mid-Atlantic for over 20 years, I am originally from Dallas, Texas.

Over the years, I have represented a myriad of dental practices and gained valuable knowledge about the unique needs facing general dentists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists and periodontists in business transactions and situations they encounter during the lifespan of their practices.
