Lee and his team were extremely helpful throughout this entire process. They answered all my questions and emails thoroughly & helped me through a very difficult transition. After hiring this attorney to help me file chapter 13 to save my home, I was blindsided when I received documents in the mail telling me that my home was sold at auction, and that I must vacate my home of 15 years! I never saw this coming. I have signed retainer, after retainer, which is what seeme...d to matter the most to Lee Tuchman. He however did not explain the process to me, and I have not received any prior notification from Lee Tuchman or meetings. He has not reasonablly communicated with me. I just assumed he knew what he was doing. Obviously not! I stopped by his office, left numerous emails, and I tried to call him. He seems to be "hiding" from my presence.
