Response

In response to Karen’s review, her case was dismissed after she agreed to perform community service hours. She decided to accept this agreement after a full discussion of her options.

Lemon

I hired him for a "criminal matter" and I feel like he sold me a dream and unfortunately I bought it. Based off my squeaky clean record, Creston assured me he would get my case thrown out. Creston made me feel like I was insignificant, for him it's another day at the office, for me it's only my life ...that I was fighting for. While waiting for my case to be called I was on the verge of a panic attack, meanwhile he's over laughing it up with other attorneys about a party they attended the other night followed up with chatter about golf and his kids, because that's PROFESSIONAL... but hey at least he showed up for court that day. After two postponements and a no show from Creston, but thank God this other arrogant jerk from his firm was in the building that day stepped in on his behalf. (Not to mention I never saw from Creston ever again, or even received a call saying sorry for not showing up, my associate will be handling your case from now on, because that's too much like right or even professional) With the associates lack of concern for me, this D-bag made me cry and I promise you I'm not a crier! Long story short, Creston failed to do what he said he was going to do simply because he did not try. There is no reason I should have ever had to serve community service, if it was his kid in my predicament he wouldn't have ever let a deal like that go down because he knows how it looks on your record in the future. With hindsight now being ever so clear I would have never set foot in Silverman Thompson and White. If you want someone who cares about you or your case (you have to excuse me but I thought that's what your money paid for) find someone else. Knowing what I know now, I would have never wasted my peace of mind, my time, or my money with this firm. Buyer Beware!!! Trustworty- I don't trust him Responsive- Seems like I always called to find the status of things Knowledgeable- He knows how to sell dreams Kept me informed- ha he barley showed up then I never heard from him
