When we went to court Mr.Muller was late. When he finally showed up we decided it would be best to settle he explained to me the whole process would take 7 weeks to process. After the first week i called him to follow up and he assured me not to worry he would take care of me and be in touch shortly.... 3 Weeks later i still had not heard from him so i called and he explained to me he had received the paper work 2 weeks ago and just forgot to call me. So we took care of the paper work to sent to the commissioner for him to sign and i was suppose to receive my settlement with in 2 weeks and then i receive a letter from the commissioner that my settlement was declined because the paper work was not submitted properly. So now we have to start all over again.
