My emphasis over the past few years has been in the field of collaborative practice, a team approach to resolving family conflict with attorneys and neutral, skilled mental health coaches, financial experts and child specialists. It is such an holistic way of guiding a family through the transition of divorce, which hepls to minimize the negative impact on children and the parties involved.

I have been trained as a transformative mediator since 2009 and hope to see more people focus on learning and appreciating the value of mediation as a flexible,inexpensive and expeditious conflict resolution process.
