Allyson Brooke Goldscher

There are so many adjectives that I could use to describe Allyson since I first met her......professional, tough, trustworthy, wise, accessible, ethical, courteous, attentive. But the adjective that I use now for Allyson is friend. I didn't know what to expect when I had our first meeting about my c...ustody case since I had never needed a lawyer before. From the moment I met her, she put me at ease. We just clicked. She told me upfront what to expect and that it wouldn't be easy but that she would help me thru the whole ordeal and she definitely did that! Allyson would call me after hours and on weekends when she could tell I was upset from the numerous voicemails that I had left her. She would just talk to me and reassure me that it would be ok. She basically held my hand thru the entire process knowing that I needed firm guidance and reassurance. She worked w/ me on creating a co-parenting schedule that worked for my family. After many long, heartfelt discussions with Allyson, my ex and I have been able to work together and co-parent in a civil, less stressful manner for the best interest of our daughter. Allyson started off as my lawyer but now I see her as more of my strong, older sister!!!

Allyson handled my separation/divorce wonderfully. She was truly a godsend to me. She handled my case with poise and professionalism as well as compassion and understanding. Allyson answered my calls and emails promptly and was knowledgeable in how to manage various situations. Not only did Allys...on help me through the divorce process as an attorney but also is she were a trust friend. She kept me informed of any changes or issues, gave me my options and her opinions based on the law and best practices but also made sure I made the decisions so that I would be happy and comfortable with the outcome. I would highly recommend Allyson. She is, as stated in the title, Top-Notch!
