Alex Jonathan Brown

I honestly can't put to words how wonderful Alex is. I have been getting totally screwed by State Farm Insurance for a claim they obviously should have covered 8 months ago. (a contractor I hired to do work totaled my property, contractors insurance company was blowing me off, and my insurance sta...te farm did the same) I found his firm and after i left a message on the firms voicemail, I never expected to hear back from them. Alex personally calls me back, obviously having taken a personal interest in my case & wanted to know more details. He spent the time with me to fully understand the situation, which is pretty complex, lengthy, and has a lot of players. He was clearly listening, asking the right questions, and didn't rush me at all. He wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on. Not only did Alex NOT bull-dose me with legal jargon, half-finished unclear sentences, etc.. which is what other attorneys I originally tried to talk to did, Alex showed genuine compassion for the cause: making sure people don't get screwed by these mega-insurers, like I obviously was. He told me that he wouldn't get involved in taking my money if he didn't think it would be worth it for me. He really was in this not for the money, but to make things right. Alex then quickly formulated a few potential paths forward, described the associated costs with each and outlined what he thought the best and worst outcomes from each path could be. We worked together to build a plan to help me that made sense for my situation and my budget. And we got started. After months of being alone, and getting screwed by nearly everyone I encountered in this matter, Alex made it clear he was in my court and was going to use everything in his experience to set this situation right. Then I saw a totally different side of Alex. He and his team came out the gate swinging aggressively at all the parties that had thus far been trampling me with lies, deceit, and flagrantly illegal bath faith practices. Alex leveraged his experience in the field to set me up with a very strong case with the MIA and now I am waiting for the MIA to make their decision. Regardless of what happens, I believe that Alex Brown did everything anyone could have possibly done, as well or better than anyone could have done, in the messed up situation I found myself in. I will definitely be using Alex again in the future, and I have already recommended him to my friends and family. If I have only one regret with hiring Alex Brown it is that I didn't hire him sooner and that I don't have more money to give him. You can not go wrong with Alex Brown when you need legal help with insurance issues.
