Gary W Desper

I contacted Gary just 5 days before my court date and they (Gary and his secretary dawn) were extremely calm and uplifting. I have used Gary in prior offenses and was pleased but this particular case was in need of specific positive noting. Gary then got the case postponed which is what we wanted and... when the day of the first meeting came sat with me for 3 hours to watch video footage and then when the trial came he not only sat again with me for 4 hours but also Dawn Gary and I took a field trip to the place of the “crime” said to have been committed and did research on how to prove my case. Not many if any lawyers would do that. A long story made short we proceeded with a trial and after a full on 4 hour long trial and mr. Desper challenging everything he needed to and sitting quietly during necessary time he won the case and I was found NOT GUILTY. Something even I was beginning to question due to the scare tactics of the state prosecutor was my guilt and Gary told me “if your not guilty let’s win this thing”. Thank you so much Mr. Desper and Dawn you guys are amazing and caring people and I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. I’ll never be able to fully express my gratitude but I sure will remember you guys at my next movie I go and see when eating pocorn. Haha. Thank you. Spencer Leckron

Mr Desper far exceeded my expectations. I am beyond grateful for the time and effort he took in my case. I became lost in life and landed in a serious legal situation.
