I recently consulted Mr McFadden regarding traffic tickets I received that resulted from a motor vehicle accident I was involved in. These tickets carried significant points on my license. David McFadden is by far the best lawyer I have ever hired. Not only is he extremely intelligent and outstanding at his job; but, he also truly cares about his clients. He is a very personable man and has never passed any judgement against me, despite the extreme hardships and mistakes I was struggli...ng with at the time. In the past, he represented me in cases involving theft. He was able to evaluate my situation, and from there build a case. I got off with the most minimal consequences possible (pbj), considering the severity of the case, which was extremely unexpected (I was facing jail time). I then hired him again, more recently, for traffic violations. My license should have been revoked; however, yet again, David managed for me to keep my license under certain restrictions.
