I just wanted to express how great an experience I had using David McFadden as my attorney. I really appreciate how he treated me as his client but more as a real person. By the end of everything I’m not exaggerating that I felt almost as if we were family. He showed true concern, empathy and sinc...ere advise that definitely helped me and made me have less stress. I know that if David needed something from me I would help him. He had great life experience and was interested in what was going on in my life, family and business. He was realistic while also optimistic about the outcome and I always felt I could trust in what he told me. Just take a breath relax and listen to David McFadden he is worth more than he charges.

Mr. McFadden assisted my 17-year-old with a provisional license ticket. Our initial consultation was free, and Mr. McFadden gave me enough background information on himself (and had a reasonable fee) to make the decision to hire him easy. Upon hiring, he spoke with both me and my son explaining the p...rocess, best and worst outcomes, his opinion based on the evidence, and how to prepare for court. He did his homework, had case law, was on time, and was professionally prepared to defend on the day of court. I might also add that he had a good rapport with district attorneys, law enforcement, and prosecutors. in the Carroll County Court, which we saw while waiting for court to start. Luckily, law enforcement didn't show up for court and the case was thrown out, but the support of knowing we had an upstanding and knowledgeable attorney with us, gave me peace of mind. I have no doubt that Mr. McFadden would have received a positive outcome had the court case stood. Very glad to have had Mr. McFadden as our attorney and would highly recommend him.
