David Means McFadden

I open by thanking the Law Office of David McFadden. After receiving a speeding ticket for driving with excessive speed, I needed representation to resolve the matter and dismiss the case. After looking online I made the best choice. Mr. McFadden demonstrated a great deal of legal professionalism,... which was tremendously appreciated. Although I was fighting a speeding ticket, he treated my case with dignity and importance. Mr. McFadden's office manager, Judy Gearhart, was consistent, very attentive to detail, and patient in recording the facts of my case. I was subsequently found not guilty. I could not have asked for a better outcome or legal support staff, if I ever, ever, need any legal representation for a Criminal, Family, or Personal Injury matter- Mr. McFadden will receive a call from me without hesitation. His office has gained and earned my trust. As a former legal assistant, I have regained inspiration to do exactly what Mr. McFadden and Judy are doing...changing lives one case at a time...
