Biography
I currently serve as General Counsel to Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG), a national premier provider of Emergency Generators/Power Systems, Building Mechanical/HVAC Systems, Building Automation & Controls, and Systems Integration for the commercial and industrial facilities market. As General Counsel, I focus on contracts and all legal matters related to construction and serve as the liaison between Fidelity BSG and its outside counsel.
For over twenty-five years prior to joining Fidelity BSG, I represented owners, contractors, suppliers, and sureties in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals involving large and complex construction projects, including power plants, large commercial buildings, healthcare institutions, retail, recreational and hospitality facilities, and residential buildings.
