The atty received payment for a chapter 7. While preparing the case he requested information concerning the value of my home. He allowed me to submit documents printed from Baltimore city's website. On the court date, he did not show up. I was questioned about the homes value and as a result indicate...d that I would have to sell my home to pay all of my creditors. Luckily I received info from my mortgage company and was able to refinance paying off my creditors and keeping my home. I am disappointed because Hoffman failed to indicate that I had the option of refinance and that the document that I gave him was incorrect. I have met with him at his business location as well as his brother's chiropractor location on Joppa Rd.
