Bennett Samuel Ostroff

I am entirely satisfied with the legal counsel and representation provided to me by Attorney Ostroff. His indefatigable efforts are absolutely the reason, in my opinion, that my case progressed and concluded as it did: very successfully, in my son’s best interest. I was recently awarded joint custo...dy after a horrendous case, fighting daily lies, and dealing with an overburdened court system that was unable to respond quickly to nefarious moves by the other side. Throughout this case, from beginning to end, Attorney Ostroff was never afraid to do the right thing, even when it was the unpopular thing. He billed me for perhaps not even 40% of the actual hours he worked on this case, and at a substantially reduced rate. He never charged me for a phone call. He worked the sleepless nights and stress-filled days because he believed in what he was fighting for; it was quite obviously never about money for him. Over the past year, Attorney Ostroff continuously displayed not only the knowledge to know what is right, but the courage to do what is right. I have not been a perfect client, but Ben Ostroff is about as perfect a lawyer as anyone could hope to get for this case, and I thank God for him. 5 stars is not enough, I wish I could rate him higher. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Ostroff was recommended by a friend. After consulting with him for some general information, I hired him. He is very precise, gives specific information regarding the court proceedings, and answers any questions thoroughly, in fact, as many times as needed to make me understand (which was a lot...) as this case was very much foreign to me. He made it convenient for me as I am not in the area where his office is; met at libraries closest to us, etc. I would most definitely hire him again if the need arises.

Ben is a great lawyer. He's certainly stayed vigilant throughout this entire process and has explained every step down to the most trivial detail. He's never been difficult to reach and always willing to make time whether inside or outside of business hours to discuss the case or whatever else may we...igh on your mind. He's great at easing the tension that comes with having to navigate the legal system and makes a solid effort to comfort his clients throughout the process. He's changed my perception of lawyers and generally seems like a great person. After all is said and done, I didn't just hire a good lawyer, I made a good friend.
