My initial contact was by phone with Sandra, who was professional, pleasant and respectful of my needs. Although Mr. Kiessling was on another call, she was able to touch base with him and squeeze me into his busy schedule. I was seen within a few hours on the same day of my call. When I met Mr. Kie...ssling, I felt overwhelmed with issues regarding; support of a destitute adult child, establishing a trust for my disabled son, to include two civil matters. I was concerned that perhaps he would not be willing to address all my issues and concerns during our initial visit since they involved four separate and distinct issues. Within literally minutes of our meeting, I felt a tremendous weight was lifted from my shoulders. It was apparent that Mr. Kiessling was not your typical attorney; he was professional, competent and knowledgeable, yet compassionate, honorable and immediately gained my trust and confidence.
