Having to go through a divorce and custody can be intimidating and very stressful. I hired a lawyer that was compassionate, thorough and very fair with cost. The beginning of my car to the end he was very informative and explained the legal process for me to understand because I don’t know law; as mo...st clients. I can’t understand how these other cases or reviews have him poor ratings because nobody wins every single time they go to court. When I explained my situation and what I wanted he advised me that it was unreasonable and that the courts won’t grant my opinion or wants. And by the time court arrived; he was exactly right in every process and advice he gave me. I am very confident that the agreement we came up with will prevent ANY future litigation for my kids. Recently hired this lawyer to handle my divorce and custody case. His work on my case was shoddy at best. He was completely intimidated by opposing counsel, repeatedly failed to address issues that could have been presented in my favor, had to be reminded of laws and regulations by myself, and failed... to file documentation that allowed me to be subject to further legal action. In court in front of the judge he came across as very unprepared and weak. Would not recommend hiring this lawyer to anyone for any reason.
