Admonishment issued in FL, 2003
updated on 07/29/2017An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“This 2003 admonishment resulted from a prosecutor accusing me of having a conversation with a represented co-defendant. It should be noted that I had written to the judicial nominating committee regarding her qualifications for a judge position. She did not get the position. There have been no further issues.”
