Barry A. Cohen attended the University of Maryland at College Park, where he graduated in 1968 with a dual degree in Sociology and Criminology. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a member of the Heuisler Honor Society for being in the top 10% of the graduating class. While attending law school in the evening and taking an accelerated course load, Mr. Cohen worked first in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office and then served as a Probation Agent for the Maryland Department of Parole and Probation.
When Barry A. Cohen graduated from law school, He worked in Washington, D.C. as an attorney for a federal agency and has been in private practice for over 35 continuous years with an office in Baltimore County. Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice in all Maryland, Federal, and State Courts.
