Mr. Mayer has been my personal and business lawyer for over six years and during this time has handled a multitude of real estate matters for my company. These have included: real estate acquisitions, formation of partnerships and corporate entities, leasing, professional contracts, litigation and SEC filings. He is knowlegible on a wide variety of subjects and brings both the benefits of his legal practice and his experience as a businessman to all matters.
