Patrick Naughton and Susan Milne handled the closing for my condo purchase in 2008 (before the real estate market crumbled (i.e., when interest rates were comparatively high (6%))). Because of their lack of scrutiny, our documents contained errors that have prevented us from getting a refinance. Spec...ifically, the zip code is listed differently - sometimes on the same page. As a result, (a) when I searched for my mortgage on the Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae websites years ago, my mortgage was not found, and (b) I have not been able to refinance with these record low interest rates because Freddie Mac has the incorrect zip code in their data bank (which is at odds with the Baltimore City records). The consequence is that I have lost thousands of dollars over the years because of their sloppy work.
