This attorney represented me in a dog attack which was *recorded. Before I contracted her services, she claimed that her office specialized in dog bit/attacks. I later learn that her office is nothing more than a General Practice office (personal injury) and that I was misled from the start. Her rat...es are higher than the 33% rate for personal injury or "dog bit". Throughout the process she failed to conduct discovery against the Defendant (reckless). Then solicited an offer to settle without first advising me that my medial bills would be deducted from my award. To add insult, this office billed against the money's paid towards my medical expenses. This firm profited from my damages by netting more than I once the smoke was clear. If this office had properly communicated with me that my medical expenses would impact my award then I would *not have settled.
