I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. This company was recommended by a sibling, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, every time I called, the front desk told me the attorney I needed, Shawn, was “in a meeting.” Despite leaving multiple messages, he never returned a single call. As a n...ew client, this level of communication (or lack of it) is unacceptable. I’m honestly dumbfounded by how new potential clients are treated here. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
