Kelly Kilroy was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and moved to Howard County, Maryland, as a toddler, where she has spent most of her life. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, she worked for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms before pursuing a legal career. In 1997, Kelly graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School, now known as Western Michigan University, and returned to Maryland to join her mother's law practice. With over 25 years of legal experience, Kelly has built a thriving family law practice and also has experience in criminal law, step-parent adoption, and juvenile matters. She is married with three children and enjoys traveling and cooking in her spare time.
