Extremely disappointed
Met with him several times, he makes you do all his foot work, get all his information together for his case. He is very smart mouthed and rude. Flirtatious to the women and bills you months late. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy

Disappointed!!!!
Met with Joseph T. Rouse about handling a case. He refused the case, which is he’s prerogative, but before we left he was extremely unprofessional by making some very rude/smart mouth remarks. So sorry I ever called he’s office.
