Awful Attorney

Worst attorney EVER. Never responds, unorganized, and once he has your money he’s done with you. BEWARE. Find another attorney who will advocate for you and put your best interests first!

Would not recommend!!!

Our experiences with Mr. Coyle have also been terrible! We would be negligent if we did not let everyone know our experience. Mr. Coyle is extremely disorganized, clearly displayed a lack of understanding or a desire to educate himself on the details of our case, and as a result he failed miserably... at representing us. It took years for us to finally reach a position and it cost our family dearly. We are conveying our dissatisfaction with Mr. Coyle on this platform to help others looking to retain sound legal representation. We hope that nobody else suffers from his unprofessional representation after paying hard-earned money only to ending up in a far worse position. Do your research, you are already in a bad situation. You are looking to your attorney for support and guidance, one that is there to help you navigate this difficult process.

Horrible!

Our experiences with Mr. Coyle have been terrible! We would be negligent if we did not let everyone know which is the reason for this review. Mr. Coyle has consistently been extremely disorganized, clearly displayed a lack of understanding or desire to educate himself on the details or simply learn... our case, and he therefore failed miserably at legally and ethically representing us. We are conveying our personal and profession experiences as well as our huge dissatisfaction with Mr Coyle on this platform in order to help others as they are looking to engage proper and affective legal representation. We are describing our experiences alone and hope that nobody else goes through the horrible process we have. We Paid Mr. Coyle a lot of our hard earned money and we are in a far worse position so we must sue him to recover our money and damages. Please ask to personally speak to several referrals before hiring anyone especially Mr. Coyle. And do thorough research before signing an engagement contract! Hiring legal representation is a very serious matter as well as a life changing event so you need to have someone who cares and doesn’t just want to take your money with no regard for you and your family or how your case turns out.

Attorney that works with diligence to meet client's needs

Attorney Coyle is an extremely competent lawyer. I retained Mr. Coyle regarding my dispute with a bank. Mr. Coyle’s legal representation and guidance are excellent. Mr. Coyle explained, the law, available options and risks pertinent to my situation. Mr. Coyle listened to me instead of taking a cookie...-cutter/one size fits all approach and made suggestions. I highly recommend Attorney Coyle’s legal services.

Never performed Legal Service

Michael Coyle never filed my bankruptcy case in the alloted time frame. I hired him in January of 2016 and he requested immediately $2,500 all at once. I brought him the $2,500 in a few days. In March 2016 after the court approved foreclosure sale. I told him again to file bankruptcy case. He did not... do so. I had met with him to ask him to file bankruptcy case, but to no avail. Two months later in May he still refused to file bankruptcy case even after I told him the mortgage servicer had trespassed onto my property leaving a flyer on door "Relocation Assistance." He still didn't file bankruptcy case and mortgage servicer begins running ads for my home for an auction sale in May. By June he still had not filed my bankruptcy case. Mr. Coyle has poor communication skills, meaning he does not return clients calls, texts or emails. He allows emotion to get in way of performing his legal duties.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Mike is a very good lawyer. What separates Mike from many bankruptcy lawyers is a willingness to litigate his cases. The simple fact is that most bankruptcy lawyers process paperwork for their clients in a robotic fashion. Mike is different. He thinks about his cases from a litigator's point of view and then finds the appropriate bankruptcy remedy. I absolutely recommend Mike to anyone that needs bankruptcy help."
