Very bright, efficient and extremely professional

Amos was excellent, helping me out with a difficult case. A PO was filed against me based completely on lies. I am the sole custodian of my children and their custody was taken away from me on the spot just like this, based on false accusations. We have won the temporary hearing, the PO was denied. M...y children returned home to me. Amos kicked the butt of my ex during the hearing, was persistent in getting our case heard by the judge, in spite of the fact that the court was about to shut down due to the weather. One word: he is an amazing attorney, so worth the money spent!

Amos was spot on!

Without a doubt, my divorce would have gone sideways in a hurry without the steady guidance, depth of experience and calm demeanor from Mr. Amos Whitney. Thanks to the highly professional nature of Amos, the divorce process was not nearly as ugly as it could have very easily of been. Don't get me w...rong, it was a tough, tough, TOUGH divorce process. However, rather than fighting pointless battles to get senseless "wins", his understanding of the hostile, volatile and explosive nature of my ex-wife was invaluable in helping to focus me on what was ultimately in the best interest of my three children & myself. The support team behind Amos always left me knowing that I was in highly capable hands throughout the entire process. I have already recommended Amos to others and will continue to do so well into the future.

110% Satisfied

I feel so fortunate to have been represented by Mr. Whitney in my divorce/custody case. He worked incredibly hard for me and I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome he achieved on my behalf of as well as that of my son. Mr. Whitney is the consummate skilled and knowledgeable professional while at ...the same time communicating both empathy and patience with me and my many, many questions. He is immediately responsive, calming, supportive, and non-judgmental, and I felt completely heard and understood throughout the duration of my case. Definitely Recommend!

Mr. Whitney got me everything I wanted out of my divorce and custody arrangement. He worked with me and explained everything thoroughly, as well as made recommendations to get a best agreement possible for my situation. He was recommended to me by someone and I would fully recommend him to others.... He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during a hard time. Thanks!

AMAZING!

I had a very difficult case and Amos handled it better than I ever thought was possible. He went above and beyond to ensure we were doing everything in the best interest of my family and more importantly my son. He was very informative and really helped walk my family through the case as best as poss...ible. He explained things and for a first time custody battle that really helped me understand what needed to be done to achieve our goals. He recommended a great counselor, BIA (Best Interest Attorney) and really went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best legal advice that we could have asked for. I would recommend Amos to anyone that needed a good family attorney. I have absolute no complaints with anyone at the firm. His paralegal Cindy was also extremely helpful and worked very hard to help us with everything when she could. Could not be happier with the way they handled my case.
