Highly Recommended!

There is an incredible amount of stigma when it comes to custody cases and the success that men have in them, but Amos alleviated all of my fears. He has been attentive to all of my concerns, asks hard questions when needed, is straight to the point, and supported me in retaining custody of my child.... I highly recommend Amos to any man going through a custody case who wants the best for their child!

The Best Decision I Have Ever Made

While it is never easy to go through a divorce, it can be made a much easier process when you hire the right counsel. Hiring Amos Whitney and the firm of Weinberg and Schwartz was the best decision for me. As a working professional and a father, it was important that I had an attorney that was not ...only capable of handling a difficult situation in a sensitive and kind way, but also someone who could offer advice that a father can understand and process. Mr. Whitney and his firm truly did understand and appreciate my perspective as a father going through this event. He maintained a very calm environment for me, and I am thankful for what he did. It is never easy to go through a divorce, but I can heartily recommend Mr. Whitney and his firm if you need such representation....

Highly recommend for divorce and custody!!!

Amos did an outstanding job with my case from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgable of both family law and the litigation process. What I appreciated most was his honesty. Instead of just telling what he thought I would want to hear as a client Amos was very realistic about what I should expe...ct. He helped me to try and find a solution that worked best for all parties involved. Especially our children. He really helped me to keep the children and their best interest as top priority throughout what was very difficult and stressful life change. There were a few unexpected and out of the ordinary turns in my case but Amos handled it like a pro! Ultimately we were able to avoid a lengthy (and costly) trial and come to an agreement that worked best for our changing family.

Hire a lawyer that CARES

Mr. Whitney’s services were phenomenal! He was professional, friendly and compassionate about providing me the best possible outcome . I was under an insane amount of stress due to my custody case and Mr. Whitney became my saving grace. I was attracted to his 5 star reviews, but it wasn’t until he t...ook over my case that I realized what the hype was all about. He took note of every detail of my case and remained transparent while communicating the details of my case every step of the way. Despite my wave of emotions I trusted his guidance which led to the success of my case. I got everything I wanted and now I sleep better at night. Having Mr. Whitney by my side gave me a level of confidence that truly put my mind at ease. I recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone looking for legal representation.
