Getting divorced? You want Amos on your team!

Amos Whitney was referred to me by a friend. After meeting with him to go over the details of my pending divorce, I knew he'd fight for me (if needed) and support my decisions. I hired him and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. He went over all the aspects of my case and outlined opt...ions, answering patiently my many questions. I was dealing with a difficult husband and Amos handled it all, beautifully. He's great at knowing when to push and when to drop an issue plus he listens carefully. If you want a caring, supportive attorney who cares about you and your family, then you want to hire Amos.

Amos Whitney - one of the best divorce attorneys!

Having had Amos Whitney on my side throughout the almost two year process of my divorce was a definite bonus. Not only did Mr. Whitney competently represent me during every court hearing, he also helped me deal with every other aspect of the very detailed and often confusing divorce process. Mr. Whit...ney is extremely professional and well equipped to handle anything from a simple divorce to the most complicated issues that could arise. Based on my personal experiences I can attest to the fact that Mr. Whitney does not back down when difficult situations arise. He finds solutions that benefit his clients and takes a personal interest in the success of each and every one of his clients' cases. Mr. Whitney's services are extremely reasonably priced and not once did I feel that I was being overcharged. I can highly recommend Mr. Whitney as an attorney for any type of divorce and would hire him again myself. Even after the dust settles and all is said and done Mr. Whitney always has an open ear and takes interest in his clients' future success and well-being.

Thoughtful, Concerned, Dedicated and Fair

I was referred to Mr. Whitney, for assistance with a child support matter. Mr. Whitney did not disappoint!! Upon hearing the details, he came up with a clear strategy that her articulated to me and we proceeded. Due to his efforts we came out with a win!!

Excellent Divorce Lawyer

Mr. Whitney was hired to assist with my divorce. My divorce has some complications is dividing assets. Mr. Whitney researched every issue thoroughly and assisted with making sure I was properly represented. He was always available! Going through a divorce is never a pleasant experience. Mr. Whitney w...as not only a excellent lawyer; always with my best interest a priority, but he was also there emotionally. He was very supportive during a very difficult and stressful time. I would highly recommend Mr. Whitney.

Excellent Family Law Expertise

On many occasions, Amos provided an excellent overview to the complexities of family law in Maryland and explained it to me in a patiently. In Amos I found the right mix of legal knowledge, patience, skill and practical advice that resulted in a positive and best possible outcome for my children. I ...cannot speak highly enough of Amos. He is also a skilled negotiator and a great advocate. He also has a great intuition for navigating complex issues and a lot of patience in dealing with people who are undergoing very stressful times in their lives, as I experienced first hand. Amos is worth every penny I have paid for his representation and then some. If I had it to do over again, I would hire him again readily. My only minor regret is that I did not find his firm sooner, as they were the first that saw me as a person and proved capable, willing, and able to help guide me through the difficult process of separation and divorce. Highly recommended, without hesitation.
